                                                    Born in Osaka, currently residing in Aichi Prefecture
After graduating university, I worked full throttle for over 20 years, primarily at global corporations headquartered in the US. Stress from promotions, relocations, and single-person assignments led to an inability to wake up in the mornings, ultimately resulting in unemployment. Amidst the despair of both financial and mental hardship, I encountered WRAP. Feeling hope through it, I came to understand that recovery is possible.
Currently serves as Chairperson of the Board for the NPO Kusanonet, which was founded by peers and is celebrating its 20th anniversary. Also facilitates WRAP workshops at psychiatric hospitals like Inuyama Hospital and in municipalities.
