Organizational Level WRAP® Mentoring describes 7 Strategic Elements of mentoring at an organizational level.  Its aim is to establish a self-sustainable WRAP® Program with multiple tiers of facilitators skilled in all levels of WRAP® seminars.  Organizational level WRAP® mentoring ensures smooth program implementation within any size organization by assessing needs, developing customized strategies, and supporting best practices to ensure the WRAP® Values and Ethics guide the organization's goals and objectives.
