Caring for others—whether as a peer supporter, other helping professional, or as an unpaid caregiver—can be deeply rewarding, but it also comes with unique challenges. Stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout can build up over time, making it easy to lose sight of our own mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.

This interactive session invites you to pause, reflect, and explore practical strategies to reclaim a sense of balance and purpose in our daily lives. Together, we’ll explore how the values and tools of WRAP can guide a personalized approach to self-care—before, during, and after burnout.

Participants will also be introduced to the SIMPLE approach—a values-based framework that blends the heart of WRAP with practical, sustainable strategies for self-care.  We will leave with ideas, tools, and inspiration for building a self-care plan that supports your wellness, resilience, and sense of purpose—so you can keep showing up for others without losing yourself in the process.
